Live Well, Look Great

Back in January of this year after signing up for a free Beachbody account I was presented with the opportunity to become a Team Beachbody Coach and jumped on it. Initially, I became a coach strictly for the 25% off discount who wouldn't. Then I realized, why not have the opportunity to make money while I'm getting in shape and sharing these amazing products and the business opportunity with others.

Working with Beachbody is an income opportunity that lets you turn getting healthy into making a profit. All you have to do is become a product of the product by getting fit and losing weight using Beachbody’s best-selling line of products and share your story with others! You succeed by helping others succeed and achieving their health & fitness goals! How could your life benefit from an extra $500-$1500 a month... or MORE?? Do you have a plan B set up in case something happens? I'm now taking applications for a new coach that is open to creating a 6 figure income in 2 to 3 years, YES I'm serious!!

You don’t need to be a fitness or weight-loss expert to become a Beachbody Coach. You just need to be ready and willing to help support others in reaching their weight loss and/or health and fitness goals.BUT You MUST have a positive attitude, and a PASSION and a DESIRE to help others. You must be willing to work a few hours a week helping others online, but also must be willing to accept the fact that the income you make will be totally effected by the amount of the time you put into helping someone achieve that goal as well. Again, a health and fitness background, which great to have, is not necessary. I can teach you everything, and help you do exactly as I have done. You must be coachable, willing to learn something new, and have a DESIRE to do SOMETHING other than your regular 9-5.

If you don't take the chance, if you don't take the risk of nothing else than to just make changes in yourself while paying it forward and helping make changes in others, then you end up risking even more. If that is you - if you are ready to take the risk to achieve your BIG DREAM, and also see what MORE out there that life has to offer ~ and lets get you on the track to becoming part of a Fit-tabulous team, and on a path for a whole new YOU!! We are growing FAST and would LOVE to have you get on board as we take off!! Email me at info(at)LiveWellLookingGreat.com or connect with me on Facebook at Live Well, Look Great!

Couples Retreat Weekend

The hubby & I went our first event together as a married couple by attending a couples retreat with our church called the Marriage Lab. We learned so much and it felt great to be in the company of others married couples to share & grow with. It was at the Hilton Lincoln Center in Dallas not to far from our home and we stayed overnight on Friday in the super cute room below.

Saturday, on the second day of the retreat we attended a couple of workshops and things ended around 2 in the afternoon.

We headed home and caught on some sleep before Kawon left that evening with both his mom and my mom before he went and worked karaoke that night.

Sunday we slept in before Kawon had to head out to the Hickory Street Annex to do a walk through for a wedding he's dj'ing in Sept. Aftet that we went to the grocery store to stock up since we have been grocery shopping since we got back in town from NYC.

We both chipped in and helped out with dinner. We had pork steak that we picked up today along with roasted sweet potatoes and peas.

I start Focus T25 tomorrow and plan on following the nutrition guide as close as possible. My goal is to lose 12 pounds by my birthday Sept. 16th. It's time to go big or go home!

Our Engagement Photos

As a wedding photographer myself I knew exactly what I wanted when it came to our engagement photos. Or so I thought! Our style tends to be more urban rather than nature but when the opportunity came to have our photos taken at 3825 S. Bowen in Arlington I could pass up on the offer. Actually, I hadn't even thought about what we would wear until I knew for sure where our location would be.

Evan of Evan Godwin Photography whom I happen to work for part-time did an amazing job at our session. He made us feel completely at ease which was nice because I was super nervous. The weather was perfect, it was laid back environment  and we had a fun time showcasing our love in front of the camera.

The planning process before hand had me SO stressed out becuase I wanted everything to be perfect but I was so happy how the photos came out. it was a huge relief to get our phots back and LOVE them. I even got my make-up done professionally for the first time EVER for this special occasion and with my recent weight loss I felt amazing.

I have to admit that haven't gotten any photos printed yet (guilty) but I PROMISE that I will. I already have frames and I'm also going to order a large canvas of one of the as well. Just gotta decide which one.

Take a look and let me know what you think!
